I got a RFE for my I485 requesting for a missing document. We already submitted the supporting document.

Is it possible to get another RFE? (Eg for Medical) Or do they usually send all queries at once in a single RFE?

They can send as many RFEs prior to approval. No logic as to one RFE takes care of everything they need in one go.
