I-485 & application type

Hi,

I'm currently filing for permanent resident with adjustment status.

I'm the holder of an H1-b--and I'm getting a little confused

under PART 2 is it

a: an immigrant petition giving me immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved)

or

h: other basis of eligibility--which would be married to USC and he filed I-130.



Does anyone have an similar case?or any advice?
