I-485 Question / Married to US Citizen, I am already working in the US

I am married to a US Citizen, she filled a I-130 form and we will be submitting a I-485, however, in the instructions of the form i-485 it states that you are "NOT Eligible to Adjust Status" if:

E. You were employed in the United States without USCIS authorization prior to filing this application.

I am working in the US, will this prevent me from filing this form?

I am currently out of status, I entered this country in a tourist Visa then transfered to a student visa, but never got a work permit....
