i just recieve a request for applicant to appear for intial interview, i m asking coz they re write to appear for initial interview, is there any other interview after or?

Initial interview is standard procedure for AOS marriage based I think. There is another interview called fraud interview which comes later if for some reason they think your marriage is **** and this one is brutal from what I hear. They put you and your spouse in separate rooms and ask a set of questions looking for any inconsistent answers.

Anyone already attended interview, can you give list of documents asked ? Do i need Employer verification letter from my employer,etc?

All Information for the Interview are in the letter you got for your Appointment.
Just look that you have all requiered documents (Original and copies).
Read carfully!

usa2008 from what I know if the first interview goes okay you get approved for a conditional or permanent residency depending on your situation. Only other interview would be for citizenship if you choose to file.

BTW good luck please keep us posted on your interview. Mine will be on march 2nd.

hello everybody,

i just wanna share with u my experience, i had my interview today, and we were approved

it was in fairfax VA USCIS office,

at 1:30 PM, a nice lady called my name, she was very kind, and so sweet, i love her so much, she didn't ask us for anything, just to show her a some assets for our bonafide mariage, we gave her, the lease, the joint account, the bills phone, and healt insurance,... she said very good, all i wanted and she told us i'll approuved ur I130, of course at the begining, she asked us for our name, adress, DOB, SSN,... at the end, she asked me again for my name, adress, when i came here, and the question that it 's on the form I485 of course all of the question "no" and she told me you are approved, and explain me what's kind of GC that i'll have, and what kind of form that i ll fill 3 months before my GC expire...

that's all, really don;t worry if ur wedding is true and u have all the documents that's proof u live together , so be sure that's everything will be ok...
