Hey
This is my first post so any help would be appreciated. I'm currently on H-1 status and i have 2 questions
1. I was working for company A who had my H-1 then i had it transferred to company B who i worked with for 6 months but just found out im being laid off now i contacted company A and they havnt cancelled my H1 and they dont mind me coming back to work for them now do i need to file a h1 transfer again to go back to them and since it is still not expired can i do that??
2. I recently got married in July to a US Citizen and was in the process of filing for my AOS but since im getting laid of im going to have re-edit the 864 form since my wife dosnt work and i was goingto use my employment. How should i proceed and if i file it right away will that not cause any problems with my going out of status with my h-1 predicament.
