I reside permanently in the US with my family (my husband and my kids are US citizens, I just recently applied for my citizenship). My parents live permanently in Europe and they are coming to US in December to visit me and my family. My dad is a cancer survivor and the kind of cancer he had caused serious blisters on his fingers and the lines (or the prints) are no longer visible.
What is the fingerprinting procedure for people with such disabilities? Is there anything? What if the visitor has no arms, for example? What can I do to ensure that my parents will be permitted to the US? Please let me know as soon as possible.
