Here is my story
My mother came to USA from 2001 with T1 visa after that she sponsored me came to the USA on July 6 2004 with T3 visa. I did filed I-485 on September 2006, with Vermon Services Center. Until now my case still pending.
I got married with my wife on December 2007 in the USA. The problem is she came to the USA with F1 visa . She is an international student. We have a baby born on November 2008. Can I apply for her I-485 to change her status and apply Employment card for her.
