can my 10 year old stepson accompany us to my I485 (marriage based)interview? he is not part of the application but our interview is at 7:30 in the morning and we have to stay in a hotel over night because it is so far from where we live. We have no one that we can leave him with. Will they make us leave him in the car? anyone else have this problem?
