I applied for an (derivative) employment based I485, through my husband in 05/2005.
He got his approved on 07/2007.I have not recieved any decission yet. Now the priority date runs for the same to 10/06/2007, which means my application is long over due and infact beyond the processing time. I replied to a query from USCIS on Nov-2007 but haven't heard from them ever since. Every 6 months I send a query through the local field office or by calling USCIS, but no body has a clue to what happened to my case.I always end up recieving a letter from them saying that they are actively processing my case and will get back to me when a decission is made for the same.Has this happened to anyone? Or can anyone help me with his/her much needed advise?I am loosing my patience and its such a pain and expense to renew the EAD or parole. Please help as what to do. BTW I also called the congressional office regarding my case, but didnt help.
