Hello,
I am employed with a software company in the United states, and i am on H1-B visa. The same company has also filed for my Green card, and the I-485 was filed on Aug 3, 2007 at the nebraska service center. I currently have an EAD till october 2010, and advanced parole.
If i loose my job right now, what are my options. Can i still stay in the US and possibly work for a different company without loosing my I-485 status?
