Hi ,
I was here on a B1 visa married here but as we are not fitting each other I thought of returning to India.She wd later apply for a divorce based on abandonement.
Now I was in B1 visa and overstayed almost 8 months. Just wanted to know whether leaving usa wd be any problem with airline staff or immigration officers ?
I am planning from Chicago-Frankfurt-India.....
Also do Indian POE create any problems ??
I wd love to hear from some experts here ............ thanks for all the time and all advices wd be appreciated ...
