I-485 processing time after biometrics (code 3) completed

Any thoughts/predictions reg I-485 processing times. my case details are:


I-140 Receipt date: 4th April 2008 (EB1 category)
EAD/AP/I-485 applied (receipt date: 26th Aug 2008)
AP and EADs are approved in Oct 2008 (without finger printing)
I-140 approved:Oct 30th 2008 in TSC
Finger prints Notices Received:22nd Dec 2008
Finger prints done:6th Jan 2009
I-485 is still pending (no LUDs after 7th Jan 2009)
Per current visa bulletin, visa#s are current for EB1 category
