In the US and married to a USC, filed paperwork I-130, I-485, I-765 etc. Will i have to send in Supplement 485A? $1000.00? as my I-94 is expired? entered on 09/02/08 and expired on 12/01/08, on the form 485 part b 2c states:entered the US without inspection OR in the US past the permission date? Any help would be very helpful.
