I-485 filed. Will I be out of status.

Hi,
I married a USC in Oct 2008 while here in the US, I have a B2 visa, we have filed i-130 and as been approved and have since filed I-485, I-864, I-864a, G325a.

My I-94 expires in 4 weeks. Will I be out of status if I over stay or does the above keep me in status?

If I’m out of status should I apply for an extension to my B2 visa to give me more time for I-485 to be processed?

Or should I just stay in the US now.

As long as you married the USC within the 90 days as required you are fine to stay in the U.S.

Since ur case is pending, u are not gonna be out of status.

yeah you are not rejected or denied or anything, they are workin on ur case so until they reach a negative decision u r good.
