rejected I-485, please advise

I recently filed the I-485 concurrently with the I765. I received all the forms back with rejection notices stating that I didn't pay the correct filing fees. (2 checks were cut for $1010 and $340 but only $1010 was needed). When I send the forms back to USCIS, do I send them clean copies, or can I send them the original forms that they have already stamped/scanned on the sides? Do I also attach the rejection letters as well along with a cover letter stating all the documents that are attached? Thank you.

I would call their Customer Service and speak with the representative,they usually have info about processing things like that
