I 140 applied october 2008

approved february 2009

please let me know when can i apply for I 485 and EAD and AP

i heard i can when my PD is current

my question is which is my PD

is it may 2008 or my I 140 date

my category is EB3 india

gc is employment based

please help me

i am totaly in dark abt the process
