hello guys
i was arrested in 2000 for reckless driving and i paid bond to get out and on court date paid a total fine of 460.25
i have interview on march 19 i am EB3 india PD march 2007 i never said yes on the 485 form cause the lawyer assistant said it comes under traffic voilation i recentlyu had the meeting with the lawyer and he says we still gonna say no to arrest and if asked in interview just say i was stopped and i paid fine in the court if he asks more then he will give the court certified copys to the I O
do you think i should do as my lawyer says or i should hire another lawyer
