  • Expedited AOS

Is there any such thing as an expedited AOS process? My PD is Feb 2002 and my labor certification case was lost for almost 4 years. Could that be a ground for such consideration?
PraetorianXI, please weight in with your expert advice. I am going through some stressful times alongwith my kids since my wife is in school in a different state. I talked to USCIS customer service today and they said that my case has to wait for about 400 days more before it can be processed.
    Thanks everyone.

Thanks for your update. I actually read the requirements for this process.
I have another question (Pardon me if I am being annoying. I am just confused and frustrated).
How is it possible for some cases to be processed when the receipt date is later than what USCIS is currently processing. I have read so many instances here where people got their GC within four months and the receipt date of their I-485 is in 2008.
I called the USCIS customer service today and I was told that my case is in a queue and will be taken up after around 400 days.
      I am totally confused.
Is there any order in which these cases are processed?

Are you family based or Employment based?

As far as EB goes, it is purely random as to which file gets picked when the PD is current.
