I have been in removal proceeding and the case was "Administratively Closed" by the immigration judge.
After the case was "admin closed", I married my wife, who is a US Citizen.
Now we are working on the paperwork for adjustment of status (I-130, I-485) etc. I'm wondering am I still in "the subject of an exclusion, deportation, removal, or rescission proceeding"?
