case denied because of NSEERS

Hi, has anbody been in the same situation as mine
my I 485 and motion to reopen had both been denied for failure to regester to ENSEERS.I'm married to a US Citizen, and have a child.
my lawyer told me we have to go before the immigration judge.
i would really apreciate any feedback.

I-94

Did they ask you for I-94 and a passport copy(USA visa issued)?A friend of mine was in the same situation.They did not give him the work authorizatin,but later they gave him the green card I-485

they sent me to register at the nseers, which i did, but they said that the officer found that i wilfully didn't register,that's why they denied my case.
