Filing I485 through a new company

Hello,

I got the Labor and I140 approved from company A. I joined company B recently. Is it possible for company B to apply for I485 without having to go through the Labor and I140? If not, what are the other options available?
Please let me know.

Not possible. They can only get the PD recaptured based on your prior I140 approval.
