Hi,
I'm a US Citizen and got married to a Canadian Citizen in US, while my husband was in US on visitor visa (10 yr multiple Visa). My husband went back to Canada since he is still in school and wants to complete his college in Canada.
We would like to apply for him to permanently move to US after he is done with his college in a couple of months. I believe we've to file I-130 form for this. My question is which other forms can/shall I file to bring him over as soon as possible and that he can start working here. I'm confused if I am required to file I-485 along with I-130 or not.
It would be great if someone can refer me to a good checklist of forms I should fill for this purpose.
