I have a question.
I filed my adjustment to status and EAD together in october
I had previously filed I-130 in august.
My lawyer assured me that an EAD would be issued within 6 weeks.
I had my Biometrics done in December and so far I have not received any thing since my recipts in November.
Yesterday I received a date for an interview with uscis for the adjust of status in april.
Is this normal? has anyone else experienced the same.
The Uscis seem to be taking so long, I have had my attourney lodge a complaint with the AILA, as my case is outside the USCIS time frames.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
