medical examination

Hi Everyone,

i am about to file for change of status and i-130 concurrently, do i have to do my medical now as i have asked from US immigration and was advised to do the exam when requested. My question is can anyone tell me from there most recent experience if this is the best thing to do or do i go ahead and include it in my application.

My husband has dual citizenship, I am appling for AOS,HELP! Thanks

I am about to submit my forms and everything. I have one not-so-common question. My husband and I were married outside of the US nearly 2 years ago, on our marriage certificate he is listed as Canadian. But, He is also American citizen since baby (through parents). So he has dual citizenship. he was in my native country on his Canadian passport. Now we are both in the US, and I am on a B2 visa appling for AOS. Do we need to include his Canadian Passport copy along with these documents? (he doesn't think so since it might make things more complicated) Can anyone here help me or have semiliar experience?

P.S. I translated my own birth certificat and marriage certificate, as mentioned on the USCIS website,it is allowed to do so. Is that right?

I just received my green card two weeks ago and i can tell you the best thing to do is to send everything at the same time including affidavit of support, medical examination, and things dat you have together to show this is a good marriage. i didnt av any lawer, and it takes 3 and half month. Good luck

No. he doesnt have to include the canadian passport. just send the proof of citizenship or the american passport. my wife is nigerian, and she didnt send her nigeria passport fro my appliacation and everything went well.
