I originally came as B2 then later changed to F1 in 2001. I got married last year in july and applied to adjust status in JaN 09, I-485. Everything going on well.
My Q is: Do you think we should get a lawyer because of an earlier application in 2005 for I-687 which was under the LULAC (newman) legalization case (245A) which was not denied due to insufficient evidence. If YES, do you have any lawyers in Huntsville, Alabama that you can recommend?
