hi,
i filed my I765, I130 and I485 on august of 2008..had the bometrics on sept; interview on the last week of jan that lasted in less that 20 mins and the IO said at the end of interview that she will further review the application and will send the decisions on mail.
i didnt get my EAD until now too, i also notice that my A number on the 797 NOA for my I765 and I485 are different and the A number on the NOA for biometrics is the same for my I485..i called up the costumer service and she just said that the I485 is the important thing.
is there anyone here with the same situation, how long should i wait for decision of my I485?
any response will be appreciated
