Need Immediate Help

Hi All,
I have found out that my wife has emptied all our joint accounts and left me broke. She wants a divorce.
I have applied for her AOS based on my employment. I want to withdraw her application. What do I need to do.
Praetorian, knowledgeable..PLEASE HELP.

I had to call police once after she beat me up very severly and I started bleeding in my face . I have been going through physical and verbal abuse for almost four years now. I always thought things were going to get better with time. They never did.
Last week she came to visit after two months and ended up beating me again. I finally decided that I will go for a divorce. She also made it clear that she does not want to be married to me anylonger.

she is H2b. I read from other threads that I can not do anything. I am not out to take revenge. Just dont want to lose my kids.
