My husband had a son before he met me ( my step son). The mother is American the child was born in America. Do we need to list his child on the I-485? I do not want to lie , since my husband has a child, however the child does not a have a visa or anything or need and need status change. The child is a US citizen. My husband was not married to the childs mother.
