Can submit I-485 just after I-140 approval?

After the I-140 approval, do I have to wait until date become current or can atleast submit it?
(My pitition is in EB3 and priority date is Dec/07, visa bulleten showing March/03)

Yes, you need to be prepare, wait and see... when they make your date current, you better send your application right a way, otherwise there will be millions of application, normally they work on 1st come 1st basis.. so gotta wait for now..
