1-485 taking toooo long
Having filed my 1-485 based on marriage on 07/2006, i got my EAD on 10/2006. Ihad to wait till 12/2007 for my interview which they didn't approve me for my GC.Instead they told us to wait and hear from them.On 02/2008 they mailed me a letter asking for more proof of our marriage with intent to deny if i didn't respond totheir demand by 03/2008. Through my attorney i submitted more evidence before heir deadline. Suprisingly i sent my renewal form for my EAD on 02/2009, only to be denied renewal coz my I-485 had been denied on 03/20/2009. This took me by suprise because i had not received any mail from USCIS after i submitted more evidence back inn 02/2008. Iam really confused and wondering whether something is wrong somewhere.My case seems to be taking forever ,even there is no updated info on the website except receipt of notice when i filed in 07/2006. plse help
