Hi!!
I got a B1/B2 visa with M entries for ten years from Austria (Europe) and I came in US in Dec. 2008 and get merried with my US CITIZEN Girlfriend and already applied for Green Card and for Work Permit. I got an appointment for biomatrics (Fingerprints) its done on March 27. 2009 but my I-485 is still pending and I have an entry on my B1/B2 till June 20, 2009 and now I would like to go back to Austria before JUNE 20,2009 for next 5-6 Months, so now my question is, is it possible to travel back to US on my B1/B2 or I have to apply for a travel document?
If yes, then I have one more question:
Can I apply for travel document and then just leave US and after my Girlfriend will get my Travel Document, she will mail it to me in Austria, can I then travel back to US with travel document, is it possible?
