My Q is. I was married in the states and my wife died while I was in process of getting GC. My application was denied and I was given 30 day time period to appel and I left the states within that period. Now I married again (us citizen) I am back in czech and we are ready to apply for immigration visas in Prague. My wife is here and we are eligible to file I 130 petition here in consulate...How should I answer Q 16 on the form? Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings? I hope not so my answer is "no"..am I right?
