Hi there. I need some help resolving are case. Here is the story. My grandmother a US citizen filed a petition for my dad in 2000. His visa became available in December of 2007. Now my brother who lived in the US for the past 10 years would be applying for adjustment of status based on that petition under the Child Status Protection Act because he was under age. It's been over a year since the visa was available so my question is: is it possible for my brother to apply for adjustment of status based on that petition? Thank you. Hope to hear from you soon
