My I140 got approved in Oct 2007 (labor substitution case). My receipt date of I485 is June 2008. It is still pending. My EAD and AP have been approved. I have changed employer after 180 days of pending 485. I will be filing for AC21 next week. My new job description is similar to the labor.
Is there any thing my old employer can do at this point? I am afraid they may try to revoke my I140 or hurt my GC process in any other way.
