My compnay filed my H1 in 2007 as "Software enginner". later on they applied my green card as Network Administrator.
When I need to Extenent my H1B after 3 years. I belive I have to add I140 approved notice which is based on Job title"nework Administrator".
Is that be problem in H1B Extention ? On which job title I have to apply for H1B Extention?
