Grren card for my wife

Hi

I just got my green card approval notice.
Can i file for my wife's greencard
The problem is my wife is out of status
She came on a J1 and never went back

She has been here for the past 7 yrs
I-94 is expired

2 questions
If I apply will she get her travel document bcas thats all we r looking for
will she get her work authorisation approval

If anyone knows please reply
