Dependant's Name inclusion must in I-140?

Here is the scenario. I am on H4 and my husband on H1B. My husband's I-140 is approved and my name was included as dependant in the I-140 (in part 7). Now, I am pregnant and may decide to have the baby in India. After the baby is born in India (becomes Indian citizen), we would plan to come back all together to US. Currently our PD is not current and we have not been able to file I-485 so far.

My question is, can we include our baby's name in I-485 stage whenever our PD becomes current OR will there be any issue as baby's name was not included in I-140 (as baby was not born then) ?

Can there be any other issue in processing baby's GC?

Can be added when PD is current irrespective of who was included in I140.
