All, I have got RFE in I485 for my wife birth certificate. i am in big problem, if someone can help me please.
Her DOB in all the docs is Aday/Bmonth/Cyear. We had already submitted affidavit from her parents and relative alongwith I-485. now I got RFE and USCIS need either actual birth certificate or NABC (non availibilty of BC) from govt authority of India, which is municiple copr.
Now the main prob is that she born on A day at 12:50AM, which became A** day. unfortunately municiple corp has the record and they are giving us BC for A** day. We tried to get NABC but they aren't rady to give that as well.
Anyone can please suggest the solution? my attorney is saying that there is no other solution as we have already given affidavit, we can't change the DOB now.
Also that municiple corp has gone through some sting operation with one news paper recently so they aren't ready to do anything by OTHER way..
