and for ""If your relative is currently in the U.S., complete the following:
He or she arrived as a:"

I can put VISITOR, even though she has a H1b now right?

Im just nervous because my wife and I lived together for 6 months after our marriage and then she had to move to a different state for her medical residency. We see other often, etc etc, but im worried how the USCIS will see this as.

H-1B approval notice has the same I-94 number with new expire date. This is your new I-94, not the one that is attached to your passport.

Awesome, and for the part where it asks ""If your relative is currently in the U.S., complete the following:
He or she arrived as a:

Visitor is the right answer? Even though she is on H1b? Im just really nervous, because after 6 months of being married and living together my wife moved to a different state where she is doing her medical residency. We see each often, but I wonder what the INS will think of this.
