Hi,
I am working in US since July2000 and my GC was filed under EB3 (india) with PD of Nov 2002. As you must be aware EB3 has been severly retrogressed and as per the last Visa Bulletin it's unavailable till Oct'09.
I filed our I-485 in Nov 2004 and since in Dec 2004 my I-140 got approved. Presently I am working on EAD/AP (H1B to EAD transition done in Aug 2005) and recently I asked my employer for EB3-EB2 transition. They have declined my request to move to EB2 category although I have BSME with more than 12.5 years of full-time relevant industrial experience.
Can you help in anyway to guide me to a path where I'll be able to get the GC soon ?
