Hi,
I have several questions in my mind. I'm in the situation like below:
GC applied in 2005 July with employer A and I140 was also approved under EB2 category with MS degree in USA . I had to quit companyA right after that and joined company B.
Applied GC thru company B with EB3 labor substitution under PD 2003 Dec. Now I140 approved and 485 is pending with that company B. Last week I have got 485 RFE asking the I693 to re-submit.
My question is:
1) Some ppl are saying that 485 RFE is the good sign for GC and will get in 60-90 days. Is that true?
2)If the above point is true, how is it happening in my case considering EB3 dates are Unavilable and my current process is in EB3.
Please help my situation...
