EB2 I-485 current

Hi,
I have been waiting for my greencard status a long long time and have finally made it close where in EB2 with priority from Nov 2003 is now reportedly current. I have been seeing this current for a while now specially now that I-485 filing from July/Aug 2007 are being processed at various centers. (finger printed later in Sept 2008, due to issues with Database info)

My Question: Typically how long is the wait to know the status of AOS application approval/otherwise ? now that I have been seeing it current for almost 2 months and haven't heard does it make sense to take a info pass. Folks who have been through the process, helped others OR have know other who have gone through the process could help me determine

Update: EB2 I-485 current

The wait finally came to an end this last Monday 5/11, when I saw the status update followed by receiving welcome letter. Though it might be a while (a few weeks/month) before I get permanent residency card
