Hello. I have 2 questions. First, how do I find out what my priority date is? I am a US citizen filing an AOS for my husband. Second, I want to apply for an Advance Parole so that we can travel to Mexico together. How long does it take to process this type of request?

immediate relatives do not need a priority date, because they do not have to wait for a visa number... either way, the priority date would be the RECEIVED DATE on the I-130.

Advance parole is for those that have file for i-130 and i-485 together, it takes 60-90 days to be approved and it should NOT be used if your spouse has overstayed his visa or has been illegally present for more than 180 days.
