I-485 and Affidavit of Support

I have applied I-485(Employement based) for my spouse in the rush hour of 2007 july and now we are in the process of divorce. could someone answer my questions.
1. I did not sign any I-864,I-134(not sure) do i need to pay her any support under federal poverty guide line.She is getting temp spousal support from me in the court.
2. If in case i have to support her according to INS law does it still come into effect if i am paying spousal support thorugh court.
3. How long i have to support her accroding to federal law? what if she leaves USA and go back to India?
4. Does this contract terminates if she gets married again or divorced or her I-485 is cancelled and deported to india.
5. I am not sure what papers i have signed during 485 or when sponsering her H4, where can i get copies of those docs apart from my attorney(unable to get him)?

Did both of you get Greencard yet or still pending? If still pending, you can attempt to withdraw the I-134. I hate to answer this type of questions as peoples future depends on their Greencard. If you divorce her, she will not be approved for Greencard if you/employer withdraw based on divorce.
