My husband is a USC and I am already a GC holder. We had our interview for my daughter (my husband's stepdaughter) 2 weeks ago.
The officer took my daughter's advance parole and he wanted a copy of my husband's divorce papers which we didn't have but I sent it to him certified the very same day. (I didn't know it was required for the interview and was not requested as further evidence either)
We are traveling in June and now I am worried that with no approval, no advance parol we won't be able to go.
Could I just get an infopass to get the advance parole back? How long should I wait? I thought this was going to be quick as i told the officer how important this was to me as my daughter's case has been hanging in the air for 6 months now.
