Wife (primary) got GC two years back....mine still pending

My wife (EB3, PD Sep 2003) got her GC two years back though mine which was secondary on her application is still pending. Lawyer says that my case is outsied processing time.

What options do I have? I took an infopass in Feb and they told me that my finger prints had expired so I had FP's taken. They did not give me any info about the case.

What options do I have? Should I contact my local congressman?

Your attorney should call USCIS and request service for outside of normal processing time and ask to adjudicate your case. This will probably get things moving again.
