Hi all,
my husband had filed for GC with his previous employer & then after filing I-485, he changed his job using AC-21. He's with the new employer for more than a year now (using EAD) & now his previous employer has started harrasing him. 1st they demanded money "for the monetary loss they suffered becoz of his leaving the job" & while we were still reviewing our options , they withdrew his H-1B & I-140. Now, USCIS has sent us an RFE for the same. We are very worried as many people are getting RFEs these days & USCIS is not very friendly with H-1Bs.
Can anybody give us some advice on how we shud proceed??
