I have prepared one RFE respose for my wife's birth certificate. Please tell me where to send in Nebraska Service Center, PO Box no address or full address? My attorney is not available and I have to respond by today (May1st last date).

The original RFE letter has instruction for where to submit them. Your attorney should be responsible for replying to RFE?

Thanks for your res bkwld. It took long time to arrange my wife's birth certifiacre from India and it is urgent so I am responding. My attoeney said there is no problem. Is there any issue if I respond for RFE?
My attorney sent me scanned copy of RFE and the address on the RFE letter top corner is with PO box no.

If you are using USPS mail use the PO Box. For PO Box DONOT use Certified Mail or signature confirmation.
If you're going to FedEx use this:
