What Do We Do Next ?

My girlfriend came from Mexico to visit me in January. I am a U.S. citizen. We decided to get married on April 3. A week later, I filed:

- Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative
- Form G-325A Biographic Information (Petitioner)
- Form G-325A Biographic Information (Spouse)
- Photographs
- Marriage Certificate
- Supporting evidence for bona fide marriage.
- etc.

We just received back the I-797C, Notice of Action, confirming that the USCIS received my petition.

My first question, is how to I find out the current processing time for our case?

My second question is, when do I send in the following:

- Form I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status

- Form I-765 Employment Authorization

- Form I-864 Affidavit of Support

- Form I-693 Medical Examination

My wife's visa is going to expire in July of this year. That only gives us a couple of months before her visa expires. Since I've already filed the I-130, will I still need to file something to allow her to continue to stay with me in the U.S.?

All of them should have submitted together. Submit the rest now along with I-130 Receipt Notice and I-131 if she needs that. Your wife should not leave the country once I-485 is submitted.
