  • Cuban needs help.

Hello to all and thak you for taking your time to read. Well I have a special situation going on at the time. I'll start by saying that I came into the country back in 1971 when I was 11 months old. I came on a plane at a legal port of entry along with my mother with our I-94. Recently I have found out that I have (no status),apperantly my parents never got they're paper work done and since I was 11 months old at time of entry I obviosly coulnd get my papers done. Well to the present time now, I am currently in the process of filing out my I-485. I have read that a I-693 (physical examination) is not required if you've been present in the US since before 1/1/1972, my question to the experts is how can I prove this? With my original I-94? Note that I also at the time im not able to renew my License because the people at the NJ DMV are saying that I need a new I-94(since its somewhat old looking) and they have never seen one this old. So am I able to renew my I-94? Note that prior to 911 I have never had any issues obtaining a new License. We at this time I'm very confused and discoraged, I have made an appointment if INS to ask thses same questions, but just thought someone might have had the same experiences or so. Thank you in advance on any info you might have.
